Sources

Dimensions come from manufacturer-published specifications: official spec sheets, media specification pages, and owner manuals. Secondary sources are used only as a cross-check to catch our own transcription errors. Where sources disagree, the manufacturer's figure wins and the disagreement is logged in our data notes.

Provenance on every page

Every truck page names its sources and the date they were checked. A record cannot be published without a source and a checked date — that rule is enforced by our build, not by good intentions.

Updates

The dataset is refreshed monthly: the current model year is re-checked, as is any record older than twelve months. Changes are reviewed before they go live; dimensions never change silently. Verified corrections from readers follow the same process and are logged on the data page.

Independence

No manufacturer or retailer pays for placement, reviews, or changes to our data. Affiliate commissions (see disclosure) never affect a measurement or a fit verdict.
